Draft. Written in plain words from how Fireville works today. A lawyer reviews it before launch.
Labels
Every order ships with a USPS label bought through Fireville. Wins from the same seller in the same show ship together in one box, so you pay shipping once per box.
Shipping is the real label price for the box, plus a small label fee, insurance for boxes worth $250 or more, and signature on delivery for boxes worth $500 or more. Buyers see one line: Shipping $X (or FREE).
Tracking
Orders of $20 or more always ship with tracking. Smaller, light orders may ship as a plain envelope when the seller allows it; envelopes have no tracking and the seller must upload a drop-off photo.
Free shipping
Sellers can offer free shipping over an amount they choose. In a live show, once your paid wins from that seller reach it, shipping on that show is free and any shipping you already paid in the show is refunded.
Timing and problems
Sellers ship within their handling time. You'll see Verifying when the seller marks it shipped, then Shipped at the first carrier scan, then Delivered. Lost or damaged boxes are handled under Buyer Protection. Make sure your address is correct; a box sent to the address you gave counts as delivered.
