Seller Rules

Last updated November 2, 2026

Draft. Written in plain words from how Fireville works today. A lawyer reviews it before launch.

Getting approved

Every seller applies and is reviewed by Fireville. We look at your answers, your current shop or history and the quality of what you plan to sell. We can approve, ask for more, or decline, and we can remove selling access later if these rules are broken.

Before your first payout, Stripe verifies your identity and bank details.

Listing honestly

Describe every item truthfully: the exact card, set, condition, grade and any flaws. Show the real item, not a stock photo, for anything that isn't sealed. Graded cards must be the slab pictured.

No fakes, proxies, reprints or altered cards sold as real. See the Prohibited Items policy.

Live shows

Show up for the shows you schedule. Missed shows count against you: 3 missed in 30 days is a warning, 5 means Seller School and a 7-day pause on scheduling, 7 means your account is reviewed.

Run fair auctions: no shill bidding (you, your staff or friends bidding on your own items), no fake viewers or fake hype, and every item shown on camera before it's sold.

Fire Pulls and Ember Drops must list every exact prize and its count before bidding opens, and the prize drawn by Fireville is the one you ship.

Shipping

Ship within your handling time using the Fireville label, which the buyer has paid for. Buying a label isn't shipping: mark the box shipped and drop it off; the first carrier scan confirms it.

Pack cards safely (sleeve and toploader at minimum, more for valuable cards). Orders of $20 or more always ship with tracking. Envelopes need a drop-off photo.

Fireville may ask for packing photos or video on bigger orders.

Money

Fees are in the Fees policy. Your money for an order becomes available after delivery and any hold period (72 hours after delivery for tracked boxes; envelopes after their envelope hold). Fireville can hold money while a case is open.

Refunds, chargebacks you lose, carrier adjustments and label changes you choose come out of your balance. A negative balance must be paid back (see the Terms).

Buyers and conduct

Never take or ask for payment outside Fireville, and never move a buyer to another app to finish a sale. Be respectful in chat and messages. Answer cancellation requests and support cases promptly.

Breaking these rules can mean removed listings, held payouts, lost seller perks, suspension, or a ban. When a seller is suspended, their open orders are cancelled and buyers are refunded.
