Never allowed
Counterfeit, proxy, reprint or fan-made cards sold as real; resealed or tampered packs and boxes; altered or trimmed cards sold as unaltered; fake grading slabs.
Stolen goods, items you don't own or can't ship, digital codes that break a game's rules, weapons, drugs, adult content, and anything illegal to sell in the US.
Allowed with care
Sealed product must be factory sealed as sold. Graded cards must match the grading company's records. Damaged or played cards are fine when the damage is described and shown.
Mystery items are only allowed as Fire Pulls or Ember Drops with every possible prize listed. No vague 'mystery' boxes.
If you get a fake
Report it through Get help on the order. If an item is confirmed fake, you get a full refund and the seller faces suspension or a ban. Fireville may keep the item or require it to be returned so it can't be sold again.
