No purchase necessary
Entering a giveaway is always free. Buying anything never increases your chances. Each giveaway has its own rules page with its prize, dates and how to enter; these general rules apply to all of them.
Who can enter
Legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older and have a Fireville account with a verified phone. Fireville staff, the sponsor and their households can't win. One person, one set of entries: extra accounts are fine for buying, but entering the same giveaway from more than one of your accounts removes all of those entries.
Entries
You can earn extra free entries by checking in daily, inviting friends who join and verify their phone, posting an approved intro Spark, completing quests, and adding a card and a shipping address to your account once (adding a card never charges you), up to the limit shown on each giveaway. Referrals from the same device or network, or in suspicious bursts, are held for review and don't count until approved.
Winners
Winners are drawn at random from eligible entries, told in the app and must answer within the time stated (usually 7 days) or another winner is drawn. The prize ships free to a US address. Winners may need to confirm eligibility and are responsible for any taxes on the prize.
Seller and sponsored giveaways
Seller giveaways in shows follow the same rules; entering may require following the seller. Sponsored giveaways show the sponsor's name, and the prize is verified by Fireville before entries open. Fireville may cancel or change a giveaway if something outside its control affects it.
