Quick tours
A one-minute look at how Fireville works, plus hands-on practice shows. Replay any time.
Swipe (or click) to bid the next amount. Each step is about 5% more, at least $1. Use Custom to bid an exact amount or set a secret max bid: Fireville then bids for you in the smallest steps up to it. Each item shows its timer rule: for example 'Overtime 5s' means a bid with less than 5 seconds left puts the clock back up to 5 seconds. Sudden death means late bids never add time.
Fireville's surprise auction. The seller lists every exact prize and how many of each, and you see them with their odds before you bid. When the timer ends, Fireville picks one at random (more copies = better odds) and a wheel or claw shows it to everyone. Your order shows exactly which prize you won.
As soon as you win, your saved card is charged automatically. Wins from the same seller in the same show ship in one box, so you pay shipping once.
You'll see a red banner in the show. Tap Retry or update your card. Until it's paid you can't bid or chat in that show, and if the show ends unpaid the win is cancelled (you're not charged).
The seller lists the exact items in the pull and how many of each. Each spot you win gets one of those items, picked at random by Fireville from what's left. The list and odds are always shown before you bid.
Orders are final, but before it ships you can request a cancellation from the order page. The seller approves (full refund) or declines (it ships). If a seller asks to cancel, you choose: accept for a full refund, or decline and they ship it.
Open the order and tap Get help. Describe the problem and the seller is told. If you can't sort it out, ask Fireville support. We side with the buyer when there's no tracking or photos.
Fireville rewards you earn: 1% back on auctions and Buy now (1 Firefly for every $1) once you reach Level 3 (a level perk; levels are free, earned with quests and check-ins). 100 Fireflies = $1, and you spend them at checkout, including on shipping. When Fireville runs launch promotions, you can also get a one-time bonus for adding a card (for items, not shipping) and rewards when friends you invite buy, while the promotion budget lasts. Fireflies have no cash value, can't be bought, and they can't be used on Fire Pulls or Ember Drops.
No. Giveaways are always free to enter, no purchase is ever needed, and buying never improves your chances. Most winners are drawn at random; a few Fireville giveaways are picked by Fireville based on free activity, and those say "Picked by Fireville" on the giveaway and its official rules. Open to US residents 18 and older. Full rules: Legal Center → Giveaway Rules.
Profile → Apply to sell. After approval, finish (or skip) the 4 short lessons, then list items or schedule a show. You only need to verify your ID with Stripe when you cash out.
A percentage of the whole order total: 4% for your first 45 days, then 6% (5.75% on items $500+), plus $0.30 per order ($0.50 over $10). The buyer pays shipping and Fireville buys your label, so you don't pay for postage unless you offer free shipping, pick a faster service, reprint a label, or ship a giveaway prize. Full details: Legal Center → Fees.
No. Never pay outside Fireville. Off-app payments have no buyer protection, and asking for them breaks the rules. Report anyone who asks.
